About Desi Drip

Desi Drip (देसी DRIP) is a free directory of homegrown Indian streetwear and t-shirt brands. It puts India's independent labels in one place, so you can find, compare and save them. It also publishes plain-English guides to fits, fabrics, prints and care.

• Browse and search the full brand directory on the home page.
• Filter brands by style: graphic, streetwear, oversized, cultural, music and sustainable.
• Save brands to a personal list in your browser.
• Read the guides to learn about GSM, fits, printing methods and fabric quality.

#How brands are chosen

A brand appears in the directory only when it meets all of these rules.

1. It is a homegrown Indian brand that sells mainly to customers in India.
2. It has its own working online store.
3. It sells t-shirts or streetwear.
4. Its store shows real products with prices in Indian rupees.

Brands do not pay to appear. Desi Drip is not affiliated with any brand, and the order of brands on the site is not paid placement.

#How the data is checked

• Every brand link is checked. Brands with dead or closed stores are removed.
• Brand descriptions are checked against the brand's own website. Claims that the brand's site does not support are removed.
• Prices and product counts in the guides come from the brands' own stores, with the date of the check.
• Search-interest numbers in the guides come from Google Trends data for India.
